Crush resistance promotes an open graft lumen both during and after the procedure. Compression resistance is the ability of the graft to maintain an open lumen shape for ease of hood fashioning as well as for graft patency post implantation.
Combination of soft but strong graft means excellent handling during surgery. It has superior handling characteristics providing for excellent conformability and suturability, and resists tearing when cut.
