Is an Egyptian share – holding company established in September 1999 for the purpose of distributing medical consumables, electronic equipments and hospital turn key, The authorized capital of the company is 200 million Egyptian pounds; the paid-in portion is 125 million Egyptian pounds, equivalent to $7.2 million.
MCS increased the paid-in Portion to be 150 million Egyptian Pounds in 2017 equivalent to $8.5 million.

The company operates from 3000 square meters of its head office and 3000 square meters of warehouse area. To carry – over the distribution task, the company has a total staff of 160 employees divided between sales, Marketing, Service Engineers, Finance and Administration staff to ensure a professional service to our customers. All sales personnel are having medical and scientific background to be able to serve our customers in the best manner. We are proud to have a significant long-term business relation with KOL and decision makers in our field.
